Be cautious to backup your data regularly to another support (network, USB key ...). Life-time license with no guarantee of upgrades being made available. We reserve the right to charge an upgrade cost for major updates, but so far we've provided them for free because we appreciate, and assist our customers no matter the size of the organization.
