The purpose of these general conditions of use (called “T & Cs”) is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions of provision of the site and services by PC PAL SARL and to define the conditions of access and use of services by “the user”.

ARTICLE 1 : Access to the site

The website offers the following services: Presentation of software solutions for healthcare professionals The site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the user to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at his expense.

ARTICLE 2 : Collection of data

The site provides the User with the collection and processing of personal information with respect for privacy in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms. Under the Data Protection Act, dated January 6, 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose his personal data.
